Lately I've been solving problems on a site called Project Euler. It's a very interesting site, full of puzzles of mathematical and computational nature. If you haven't heard of it before, I strongly recommend you go and check it out. The puzzles are fun, though challenging, and it's a great way to build up your algorithmic chops. Additionally, you can rework problems you've solved in one language to help learn a new language. Who knows -- you may find an even more succinct way of expressing your solution.
If you get interested, you can add me as a friend as well. Friends on Project Euler can keep track of which and how many problems their friends have solved, encouraging a bit of friendly competition. Here is my friend key: 374236_0fecf64cd5216c90aabae538e58d03ab
Happy problem solving everybody!
